What do you need to change about your diet?
Ha! I crack myself up.
In all seriousness, the last 10 days have not been good for me. I am making the wrong food choices. I have done a few paleo days and then I go wild and eat tons of carbs and sugars for a few days. This is no good.
I have decided to do a Paleo week that is 90/10. Meaning 90% of the time I will eat Paleo. It is going to suck, I need to detox off the crap.
That being said I am not setting myself up for failure. Bets are this week won't be perfect but it is all about baby steps. I won't feel guilty if I am not perfect, I won't let a slip ruin the rest of my eating for the day, I will be aware of my choices.
I am hoping this will help me gain my willpower back. I know it is inside of me, I just have to find it again.
