Resolutions in Motion - Round 2
I am so excited to be signed up for Round 2 of Resolutions in Motion. The first round, though I did not meet my goal of losing 10lbs it kept me accountable and more aware of what I am eating.
My goal for Round 2 is not losing weight but something I can do that will lead me to losing weight.
Track my food using the Myfitnesspal App. Monday - Saturday.
I am giving myself Sundays off from logging. This is such an attainable goal and I can only blame myself if I don't achieve it.
When I lost the majority of my weight back in 2011, I was logging my food in everyday. It helped me visualize what my food choices cost me in calories. Back then I was on fire, I could have food in the house, eat a serving size and leave it alone. Right now if I have, say goldfish crackers in the house I find myself munching on them throughout the day.
I need to go back to feeling empowered over my weight loss journey and logging my food is a fantastic start. I would like to look and feel a little more 2011 and not 2009, especially when we *hopefully* go to Disney in May.
